I've this female plant, pretty far into flowering cycle already and i want to keep some of the clones from it for outdoor growing next year. Let's say april 2009 i'm planing to plant them outside.

So this is my problem:
Is it possible to keep clones from ready to be harvested soon female plant for so long and yet not letting them to fullly develop - flower.

The thing is i can't keep them in constant vegetative cycle indoors, cause i live with my parents. All i can do is put them in one room by the window to get them some sunlight every day and that's it.

Is it worth trying?

Naw, that's really not going to work. Your best bet is to get your parents to agree to a small vegetative chamber so that you can grow your meds outdoors but more efficiently.
Good luck.
