What are some efficient ways to keep healthy when you're not high? Anything other than basic cardio exercise and strength training? Any specific vitamins you should seek out?

Thanks:thumbsup:

Eat less! Reducing the amount of calories ingested can slower the aging, increase your longevity, vitality and heath in general... look at:

Calorie restriction - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calorie_restriction)

I know its hard, but its very worth!

phosphatidylserine, lecithin, and fish oils all help improve brain function/memory. I only take a good whole food multi and a multi-b. I know you said no basic cardio but I really think that swimming has improved my lungs!
