John bought me a corn cob pipe to be funny and I have been using it for about a week. I feel silly smoking out of it but it hits very, VERY well. I even decorated it haha.

Maybe I'll start a trend haha.

Anyone else indulge this way?

Oh yeah I'd choose glass over anything anytime!

However I broke my last glass piece (again) and I have two choices:

1) The plastic-ish bowl that is really quite hard to clean (every fucking time before I smoke I have to heat up paper clips and shit to remove the resin)

or

2) The corn cob pipe which cleans surprisingly well and hits like a motherfucker! Even if I do feel like a hillbilly while using it haha.


I do need to pick up another glass bowl though. When I get paid next I might just roll online and pick me up another one.

I'm sure you look cute as can be with your corncob pipe. You can start a new trend. Heck, I think you should buy yourself a plantation, preferably someplace in Appalachia, to go with your pipe. Then you could grow plenty of weed to smoke plus a small field of corn so you'd have a future supply of corncobs for pipes. You could sit up on your porch in a rocking chair and watch your fields grow and live happily ever after.

Llamas are darling, especially with those tassels. Alpacas are nice, too. Their fur makes lots of money, and they have terribly cute faces. They aways look to me like they're pursing their lips as if they're about to spit on someone, which cracks me up. Plus they can eat the dried corn if we're going to use the cobs for manufacturing pipes. We can use their manure for fertilizer. We could even make llama or alpaca tassels out of hemp fiber or cornsilk. Sustainable agriculture and industry at its best.

I'm liking this plan better and better!!

the second time i had ever smoked was out of a corncob pipe. me and a friend, with myself not quite 18 yet, had limited money, and we were in the british food store and we saw the cob pipe.

We picked it up, and subsequently used it. It is the only pipe i have ever tossed while it was still good. At the time it seemed ghetto, this was in 2008 so it was safe to call it that. though i wish i had kept it, even if it was just for laughs, bring out a cob pipe at first to smoke with to mess with my friends, then bring out my actual glass piece, though would be a trip.

I had a corncob pipe for about 8 months. It was my Bosnian friends who moved away from here, so i kept it in his honor for 8 months. Unfortunatlely, I ended up cracking it and ruining it, leading to its death.

But I have in the past. Mark Twain (READ HIM! BRILLIANT!!!) had a hired man "break in" his corn cob pipes for him! He would smoke from nothing but corn cob pipes. And since he was one of the better minds that this country has ever produced, that's good enough for me! But sadly, I haven't seen any of those cute mini-corn cob pipes for quite a while! :(

yea i picked up a Wooden pipe (named it Woody :D ) for like 3 bucks at a head shop. best little purchase i ever made, it can hold more weed in the pipe, and usually u only need to light it once, and just puff away. i put my thumb over the opening so none of the smoke seeps out, and it usually just keeps a small little cherry.

and we literally used it on the front porch of my boyfriends house with our feet up on the railing. only thing missing was the straw hats, and the land :jointsmile:

Friend had one the otherday at his place and we smoked some niccceee black hash out of it. You can actually taste the corncob its really differant! And rebgirl! I hope you dident use permanent marker anywhere near the top of the cob? I can see black but it looks like burn marks?? I hope you dident use a sharpee on the top ANYWHERE near where you put the flame, they contain various Iron Oxides that when heated can cause poisonous vapors that could fuck with your reproductive system (not kidding). So be carefull if you decorated the top of the cob! :thumbsup:
