I have to go back and read all 11 pages of this thread (pretty much went through skimming and checkin pix) and ask a bunch of questions....

The WW you say is a 60% Indica hybrid.... that is whats makes the fan leaves meaty right? The single bush i did outdoors this year did a nice yeild but the fans were very thin... this indicates Sativia right? No clue on the strain... it was bag seed, but was very nice heady stuff....

Hey guys.
Ok I have the final numbers from my grow now. Bit lower than I had hoped but never the less I have weed for over a year here and 16 new plants are already going in my aeroponics system. That log is linked in my signature.
I trimmed these plants very well so whats left is stroong. :D
The trim I devided into trash and high grade, also very carefully. It is stronger to smoke than most shit you get on the streets as bud but will be used for cooking mainly.

Here we go:
Plant 1: Wet 241g Dry 50g
Plant 2: Wet 155g Dry 28g
Plant 3: Wet 389g Dry 76g
Plant 4: Wet 298g Dry 64g
Plant 5: Wet 293g Dry 68G
High grade trim: Wet 363g Dry 99g

Plant 5 was FIM'd with 6 colas the rest were not.

Total:
286g Bud
99g High grade trim

Pretty neat for a first time growing anything at all really I guess, now it's time to put my energy into the next grow. :)

So I have done some pruduct testing :stoned: now.
It's a shitty job but someone has to do it hehe.

The weed is knock out strong. A normal joint keeps me lit for 5-6 hours.
Taste is not excellent but the curing is not done yet really.
The high is crystal clear for the first couple of hours and eventually turn into a more mellow high.
I find my jaws hurting from just keeping a ghoulish grin frozen on my face for hours on end.
What happens to the time I am still debating with myself but one thing I know. It's fucked up. Don't know if it speeds up or slows down yet, it's a mess. A nice mess.
It gives a very social high. It is hard to keep attention to one thing for more than short periods of time and then you off to the next thing.
Munchies.
Oh oh oh. There are weed that give you munchies and then there is weed that make you go though hell and back for a Mars bar. My widow made me spend 3 damn hours in quest to get a burger at 7am. I visited like 10 McDonald's and Burger King's and such in Stockholm before I found one that made me a Double!! Quarter Pounder even though it was breakfast hours. To be honest I think he saw exactly what the problem was and decided to add some to his Karma. That dude is going to heaven.
You smoke this weed you eat. I don't give a shit if you are a Buddist monk with self control enough to stop your own heart. You will eat.

I have a chronic pain in my back that is making it very hard to function normally socially since I need to lay down so often. Pain remains but fades out so much I can go on with my day but not push it too far whitout feeling it.

It won't put you to sleep but if you stop smoking you sleep really easy 1-2 hours later so I just stop an hour or so before I go to bed.

Mind wise it is not for writing a novel on or inventing a new way to fly to Space. It is however excellent to well, write short stories and inventing a lot of uncomplicated new things if you understand what I mean. It is inspiring you to think but you don't stick with it for very long before you dig into the next thing. Some weed I stay more on topic so to say but not with this.

All in all a very VERY nice hybrid smoke this White Widow. It's from Dutch Passion (Feminized) if you wanna try it out.

You also should know I did harvest a bit early. 25% clear, 70% milky and 5% ambre or there about.

Got 10 ounces and another 3 for cooking. And 1 friggin joint keeps me blazed for 5-6 hours. Lol lol lol. That's like 600 joints and 3000 hours blitzed. 10h a day for 300 days if I want to.

Just made 7 big assed vanilla muffins here from canna butter.
Damn they were good. Well, I only downed one yet. They are about 1gram each and I never tried anything baked or cooked with Cannabis so I'll wait and hour and see where I stand. :)

One thing I have to say is that I really fucking love the eadibles (brief trip report a few posts back) .
Sure it uses up a bit more weed but on the other hand the effect was even better than I thought and since it stays on for so long it is surelly worth it, anyway I use my high grade trim for it, not bud (yet).
AND you don't have to smoke. :D

2 ounces of trim for 15 cookies?

I use 1 ounce of trim for 11 ounces of butter and that's good for helluva lot of cookies and still they are very strong.
I did sort my trim though. Everything but the very sticky trim went in the trash and the rest I saved. When you say you use 2 ounces for 15 cookies did you do the same because then those cookies will be da bomb I am sure hehe.

i just used all of my trim and popcorn buds and made the butter for the cookies ... can out to be about 1 1/4 sticks of butter with 2 ounces of trim... i dunno how many ounces of butter that is but it was enough to make one batch of cookies with and they tasted really good but you can definitely smell the thc but couldnt hardly taste it

Hi Puffzter, I've been thinking of a similar setupto yourself. I stumbled upon your thread whilst researching the various methods people use and it's great! Unfortunately it is not safe to grow in my current location (university residence) with constant room inspections. Hopefully next year I will relocate to somewhere more discrete! :)

I'm hopefully going to be growing in a fairly small location. i.e. probably in a flat where people might drop in to visit un-announced. I'm sure you can therefore understand the need for discretion! I think that visually the tent grow cabinet is great and could be easily hidden or disguised. There's two other issues that i wanted to ask you about however. Firstly sound and then smell.

Obviously ventilation is important and requires a fan of some sort. What ventilation system exactly are you using? does it come with the tent or is it purchased seperately? And most importantly, how loud is it? I need mine to be a no louder than the volume of a PC (gaming type system with more than one strong fan) If it is a lot louder, what would you recommend?

Secondly I wanted to ask about the smell. I noticed you said your dad came over and was in close proximity to the plants without noticing anything. I'm guessing you used some sort of odor neutralizing device. What did you use? how expensive was it and was it effective? I've read great reviews about a cost-effective solution where you basically fill a bucket with some Odor Neutralizing Agent (ONA) and secure a fan to the bucket which circulates all air through the liquid/gel-based agent. I probably can't afford a carbon filter so this seems like a good solution for me...

anyway, i'm rambling now, once again congratulations on the harvest. It's a really inspiring thread. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi and sorry I reply so late.
I've been at the worlds biggest LAN gaming mad for some days. :)

Anyway...
I use an inline fan with ducts. On top of that I use an oscillating table fan so spread the air over the canopy and a computer fan to pull the fresh air from the passive intake into the middle of the tent before the fresh air get sucked up THROUGH the plants.
The inline fan makes some noise but it is relativelly easy to build it into a simple muffler box.
I put a dimmer for lights mounted on the power coord going to this fan so I can adjust the speed of it.

All smell is scrubbed by a carbon filter.

The ventillation system is hooked up like this:
In the cailing of the tent the fan hangs on one side and the carbon filter on the other side. From the carbon filte runs a ducting to the cooltube to cool the 600W HPS and then it runs to the inline fan and out the top of the tent.
I use a 280cubic metre fan for this and running full out it does make a sound, even if noone is ther to hear it. ;)
Something like 2-3 well ventillated gaming computers running at the same time.

The cost of the scrubber, ductings and fan would come to something like US$250 in Sweden. Money well spent since smell will never ever be an issue and a well ventillated grow area produces a LOT more weed.

Absolutely stellar job! Thank you for sharing. If you don't mind I have a few questions. How did that Amazon Aeroponics system work out for you when making your clones? Did you use rockwool or some other medium like expanded clay for your clones? If you used rockwool do you keep the water running all the time when getting your clones to take hold or do you cycle the water on and off to keep the plants from suffocating?

I dont root them in the amazon but in trays.
I have had big problems to get them to root properly in such small RW cubes as I need to use though.
Gonna buy a rooting machine (aeroponic) before next run.

The books I've been reading mostly show trays with a dome, so I'm not sure if I should ditch aeroponic system (without dome) I have now or try the tray setup. Any thoughts? Also, in an aeroponic system should the water run all the time?

Amazons shouldn't be used for rooting clones. The spreaders will mash new roots with the droplets.

It is a veg/flowering system.

Edit:
About cloning aeroponic cloners are great, not the amazons though.
In an amazon you run the spreaders on timer, I use 5 minutes avery 30 on.
