So I am planning on diluting my urine for my upcoming UA. My UA's are random, I call in everyday and listen for my color. My question is; can I overload on creatine the day of my test? Once your muscles have all the creatine they can hold, the excess creatine is turned into creatinine and excreted in your urine. So is it necessary to take creatine days before your test? or does it make more sence to overload on creatine the day of?

Also anybody who has diluted their urine please share your routine, in regards to creatine intake, prior to a test. How much of this stuff should we be taking and over how long? THANKS

Creatine loading on the day of test is useless because it takes 24-48 hours for creatine to metabolize into creatinine. You should start your creatine loading 3 days prior.

I have read it. a couple times. I just wanted like: three days before my test i take 5 grams of creatine (1 heaping teaspoon) 12 times. Day two I do the same until I have completed the loading process. At this point I only need 5 grams 2x a day until my RANDOM test comes up because my body is fully loaded with creatine and I am pissing large amounts of creatinine.

something like that would be GOLD!:stoned:

I assume most of your guys tests are random too. So how do you know when to start loading? Is it just an educated guess? Is there a point when you don't have to take such large amounts of creatine because there is already alot in your muscles and system? I have read the dilution sticky. and the creatine loading attachment but it is still pretty confusing. I consider myself a intelligent guy but alot of that language goes right over my head... any help?
