what is the lighting proses for mary jane in all stages and how long should i have it in each lighting stage

Depends on the size of the grow area details we need details. somthing like 3000-4000 lumens per square foot

well i am just started growing and all i need is some weed for some faca i am getting in a the future so i am the only one going to smoke it and i only got one plant and it is dieing cuz i dont think i got the right light i got a reptile light and it gets hella hot but i got a fan and thet light is not too close to the plant but my sprout just bent over and it looks like the two leaves are all wilted i think i overwaterded it so i took it off teh light and i am just going to pout it in the sun since it looks like a nice day light and i will probly be able to post a pic later today or tonight so that will give you even more info.
