I would give them some nutes. They are starving for nutes in the veg stage while outdoors. I like to treat my grow sites with lime,about 3 or 4 months before they are to be used.. Very acidic soil can be found in Ga. Esspecially where there are pines or cone producing trees like cedar,spruce evergreens and such.
