Light spectrum ?? Can anyone help :)

Ok so iv worked out i want to veg with red and flower with blue.
How do i find out what cfl/fluros give out what spectrum, is it possibly 6200-6400k (kelvin) is blue and 2400-2800k is red or is it that cool and warm bulbs are blue and daylight are more to the red end.

Can someone please correct me as in Australia fluro/cfl lights either have kelvin or cool/warm/day never both so im a little confused. If someone could just tell me what sort of bulbs i need for flower/veg and how to distinguish between red and blue that would be great.

the higher the kelvin the more blue, the lower the more red.

so around 5 to 6000k or higher is closer to the color of bright sunlight and 2400k or so is like when the sun is setting or like in the Fall season.


for veg you want to simulate summer so use 6000k, and use the the lower kelvin for flowering to simulate flowering in the fall (season changes)

Daylight = Bluer light = Best for veg = 5500k plus.
Cool white = blueish white = good for veg = 3500-5500k.
Warm white = redish white = best for flower = 2500-3500k.
