how long to fill in

so I've got myself a approximately 2 ft. lady that has been budding for about 2 weeks now. Its got two main growth shoots. I am using a 150 watt Incandascent grow bulb with a 60 watt blue spectrum grow light. yep, not the best flowering lighting but its all I have. Now the buds are so far just long white hairs with a bit of green below them. I have no cola yet, just individual areas of budding. When do you guys think that these buds will fill out into colas? and will they fill out?

they may not fill out as you may be expecting. with the lack of light, you may only get a small cola about 4"-6" on each top with smaller nuggs along the stem. by 3-5 weeks you should see it filling out.

yeah. Well I guess the pistils are still white so I have some time.
