how do i lower my ph. its at 7 right now and im in a soil grow? any homemade methods? i kno about ph up and down at hydro shops but im not there at the moment.....:rastasmoke:

coffee grinds are supposed to work. I've never used them before so i wouldn't know how much to put in...anyone else know?

anything acidic will lower the Ph. Try lemon or lime juice, vinegar, etc. When I use fertilizers (even superthrive) it lowers Ph.

Yep! Lots of ways to alter pH.. If it's for a reservoir I suggest getting something much more reliable to adjust the pH like, Phosphoric or Nitric Acid to lower pH and Potassium Silicate to raise the pH.

Otherwise, natural or 'home' solutions can work just fine.
