Instead of posting a new thread about the remaining 6 plants that I need to determine the sex on I decided just to keep this thread continuous until I sort all the plants out.

This plant today I checked on this morning before work. I am pretty confident that it's males with it's balls sitting there taunting me but just want confirmation as I honestly suck and telling the sex.

Last think I want is for this little guy to go and bust one open on all my females.

Let me know what you guys think or if you can confirm it's male. For now I've taken him/it out of the veg box. Not getting any light currently but better than him possibly splitting open a pollen sack.

Probably a good idea to keep it separated until you find out for sure, but if that's a male pollen sac, then that dude is freakishly endowed. Keep an eye on it for a bit, OR you can remove the ball and slice it open with a razor... if there's pollen, then you'll know.

pretty sure it's a guy. It's definitely rounder than the female preflowers I've seen and they both seem to be off to the side so I don't think it's a new leaf set starting.

I saw these in a couple of other spots. I just wish I had another light to put him under. I guess I could put him under some 4ft T12 flouro's I have just so he's getting some light.

Honestly I hope it's a boy. I'm just eager to get all the males out so I can focus on tending to all the lovely ladies. Looking like I have 3 definite females so far.. I think this one is a definite male and the other 3 are undecided.

Give it another day or so, and if it is a male, you will see that the pod is sitting on a little stalk.
Just in case you didn't notice... your camera is VERY good... your prints are visible. That camera angle isn't TERRIBLE, but be careful what you show!

I hear ya stinky. Thanks for looking out. Next time I think I am going to have to get my fingers in a shot I'll be sure to put on some latex gloves or something.

I should probably be using them when handling the plants anyway.

I'll put this plant under the t12 lights by itself for another day or two and see what comes up.

Thanks for the advice on both accounts.

Definitely a male.

yep.. the balls were larger and grandiose today with the stalk that stinky mentioned. Definitely a boy.

On a positive note I have 4 confirmed females out of 7 plants. I still have 2 more plants that are undecided on what they want to be yet.

Probably because I'm in 12/12 under 6500k CFL's. My new 400 watt HPS won't be in until friday. Probably would've sexed faster under that hps.

I'll post pics of the other two if I can't figure out the preflowers in the next 2-3 days.

My huge plant is looking beautiful with her pistils everywhere. Everytime I look at it I get the song stuck in my head "She's a lady, whoa whoa whoa, she's a lady." lol. I'm not even that old but you just look at her and she's definitely very feminine.

Wait a minute...

...that song's just a little bit older than me. What are you trying to say here? :wtf:
