And no, it's not legal to grow in Amsterdam (but up to five plants are allowed). Technically, it's illegal to sell and buy, as well, but the laws aren't followed or enforced (generally speaking).

Amsterdam is under pressure from the EU to crack down on soft drugs, and shrooms have gotten harder to buy there as a result, and cannabis is under fire (pardon the pun).

You can only have 3 or 4 mothers that just constantly produce.So having 70 is a big no no, and to such an extreme maybe id feel for him if he was growing 12 hell even 20 which would still be excessive but understandable,but 70 plants? Come on your not only being a cheeky,blimey, horti Fucking culturalist (I love Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels) by defying said laws to such an extent, the only position you have after being busted is to be made an example of to said sisters in said industry. I hope he gets a fair proceeding and not too much jail time.

If it's the first offense, he'll get no jail.
Hell even the second and third offense are probably not jailable offenses. He'll probably be fined a thousand Euros or two, and told never to do it again.
