sure can, just don't use a grinder, break the bud up by hand and remove the seeds... with any luck the sides maybe viable and the bud maybe still smokeable

depends really on what the seed looks like.. is it dark and plump? or white and small.. remove some of the seed casing and examine them... you know what seeds look like, you judge if it'll be worth your time to try and germmy them.
or post a pic
cheers! hopefully you get the best of both worlds.. (bud and seed)

well I have heard that seeds from hermies tend to be hermaphrodites. U can grow a shitload of hermies I suppose and get a good amount of herb, but u may not be so fond of having tons of hermies in ur room.

smoke it!!!
"seeds" don't neccesarily mean, that your plants are hermies...
I don't think you can jump to that conclusiopn unless you see flowers.. pollen can travel 15-50 miles... there could be male plants around... I have seen many gardens and harvests that produce a few seeds.... often by the air duct that brings fresh air into the grow room
the smallest amont of pollen can make 100's of seeds...
smoke it : )
