I got in a car accident when I had pot in my car, and of course I had to call the police to report it. I didn't act like there was something wrong or that I was hiding something, and nothing happened. They have to have probable cause to search you and/or your car. Luckily, I wasn't high though. But I got high after the accident :)

Same, man... A few months ago, back in July, I got into areally bad wreck, and had a sack with me. My car was COVERED in stickers that suggested I would be the type to use pot, not to mention my red/green/yellow/black baja hoodie I had on. Not a word from the cop, and you BET I toked afterwards, too! :thumbsup:

I got pulled over one, for supposely running a red light, it was yellow. Cop pulled me over ask me about the smell, told him the truth, pulled out the medicene bottle gave it to him, he looked in and handed back to me. Nonetheless he wrote me a ticket for the "red light" that i supposely ran. Pretty cool cop. Tell the truth usually the cops dont care.

Ok, so I am clear. I am on the street and high just walking around minding my own business? And some cops just found some pot nearby? SO WHAT! Am I missing something here? Even if they did stop me to ask me something I guess, I would tell them that I am not a 16 year old kid and I did not drop that bag. I also wouldn't be just out walking around high! I have a fucking car and only medicate responsibly in my home, never out in public. This whole premise and "hypothetical" situation sounds like something some kid would think up. Well, that's pretty much what i've said the last 2 times i've been caugh by the old bill, and once i got it confiscated, and a "have a nice day fella" from the copper, and the other time i was actually in my house and they didnt bother taking it, they just said "not in public" and nodded his head at the 1/4 oz on the table.

I find it's best to be nice, and hopefully they'll see that your alright and not out to cause any trouble. They wont want to bother with all the paperwork, because really, most of them DO want to catch real criminals. Alot of them fail at that though, as we know all too well.

But Englands laws are pretty good, really. It's often unenforced with adults. It's under 18's that get arrested, and depending on amount [varies on other evidence, baggies and money and such] they normally just get de arrested, a causion or a reprimand, which isnt a criminal record. A reprimand lasts 5 years or untill 18. Whichever's longest.

The point is, if your an adult you should have nothing to worry about, even if your caught with weed ON you!
