Well, unless they BOTHER to fingerprint it, no. It's not illegal to be high, only to possess the stuff to get you high. Although, i know some states have some sort of internal possesion charge - sounds like aload of shit and just goes to show how bad Americas laws really are.

who knows? i got busted a couple days ago (on my bday dec. 26th) n the cops said they were gonna fingerprint the bags.. but who knows? cops are fucking lazy and they are lying sacks of shits

Take this advice - just lay low. Stay at home, go to bed and dont go out and do anything. If your this paranoid - dont feed it. Just take it easy and tomorrow go about your business as normal.
