Dont you guys think when you smoke out of a metal pipe, It has a funny taste? Like with glass all you can taste is the weed, But dont metal pipes taste weird to you?

yea it does at first... but after I'm blazed, I don't notice it that much. I heard that metal pipes can be bad for you though, maybe?

I've had had a small metal pipe, but I got rid of it. It became to hot and the taste of the weed in it was horrible. Was very happy when I bought my glass one (which I dropped while being high :( )

If you go glass, just make sure it's thiiiiiiiiiiiick. I've shattered numerous cheap, thin ones, but when the glass is about 1/4 inch or more they seem indestructable.

i like my metal pipe, it comes apart for easy cleaning and if i wait long enough i can accumulate over a bowl's worth of res in 3 weeks, its also the first pipe i owned so a bit of metal taste has become nostalgic of my first times smoking.

if its not too short heating up isnt much of a problem and u never have to worry about dropping it

for the price its a really nice with skulls all over the shaft of the pipe
bought it a year ago and its still in one piece, most people with glass pipes cant say the same

best $25 i ever spent

I have a metal pipe myself.. its my dads, he says he bought it in california back in 76'.. but I have a 14 month old glass bowl that I like to use... however it does have a hairline crack so I would have to go looking for a new one shortly.. a thick one this time... money's not much of an issue for me, and I actually enjoy buying new pieces.. something new once in a while instead of my 31 year old metal pipe

Metal pipes are alright but not as good as the one i have its perspex with metal mouth piece and cone piece and elbow with stoker.

It cools down the smoke alot more ive noticed. That said you can hang on to a decent metal pipe and it has to get really really hot before you have to hang onto the rubber bits.

My pipe was a gift from a friend when he got me to smoke pipes instead of bongs. :) I think its a few years old now ill have have to ask him. :)
