After being caught by my parents multiple times and numerous threats of being kicked out of the house I have decided that I am gonna quit for a long time. I have a drug test coming up soon If I get the job that applied for so i figure it's time to take a chill on the whole smoking thing. I might smoke on a rare occasion but as of right now my daily smoking habbits are going to cease. I will still be around on the forums and checking in with everyone to see whats going on.

hey, i havent smoked in like 1.5-2 months now, but im planning on going back to daily smoking in less than a week.
i just want to say that the first 3 days are the hardest, and even after that, it doesnt get easy until 3 weeks after quitting (just my experience of course).
Maybe you'll start again once you get a job...thats why im starting again.

The first three days are defintely the hardest. I am almost done my 53day tolerance break.

I quit for 2 years, you guys are pansies. j/k
The first week or so is pretty rough. Mainly because in my situation I had all my smoking buddies calling me up to smoke a J or something. I'd go over to their house and they'd be sitting on an ounce or something, it was fucked up. Nobody had that much weed when I was smoking all the time, when I quit smoking they all started carrying lots of weed. As a matter of fact, after I quit smoking, my cousin started selling some really fire weed.
To make the not smoking easier, I would put myself right in the middle of it. I'd roll joints and blunts for my friends, and set up weed deals for them for a little money. In those 2 years I took a shotgun one time, and that was only because I was drunk and didn't care. It's really not that hard to refrain from smoking, as long as theirs a motivation behind it (job, parents, probation, etc).
