I'm 15 days into flowering.

I have had that happen as well, but it didn't affect the finished product. I believe though that it was from a regular house fly. That was the only thing living in my closet(aside from the plant), After I rid myself of that fly, it seemed to stop.
A bug taking a chunk of leaf is very different from taking a chunk of bud. Only certain bugs will enjoy a taste of your bud.

Well I actually was thinking more along the lines of that acidic mucus that they spit out to dissolve there food first.
I was thinking that spit might destroy cells or have an adverse effect.

I think I'll go with Foxysox unless I start finding a lot more.

But, just to prevent any surprises, can I still spray neem oil in flower? I'm 15 days in....

You can lightly mist neem in flower up to the end of week 3 when the buds start to put on some mass.

If you give less than about 3-4 weeks between neem app and harvest you risk unpleasant tastes, although it IS safe to humans.

Do not overapply, and raise the lights for 24h after any pesticide app that you are unfamiliar with.

Thanks Stinky, I was hoping to hear from you on that. Is there anything else I can do as a preventative measure to avoid problems during flower?

Snakeskin, Scheuermann's disease is a deformity of the upper vertebrae which typically causes a forward leaning posture and puts undue strain on the lower back. I first found out I had it when I was 14 and spent two weeks in bed. When it's bad it hurts to even breathe.
