So now I'm paranoid, I thought I was finally 'bug free' by then I find this on one of my plants.
I'm 15 days into flowering.

Nothing. You tore/damaged it when it was unfolding. Notice the margins are well-healed?

I have had that happen as well, but it didn't affect the finished product. I believe though that it was from a regular house fly. That was the only thing living in my closet(aside from the plant), After I rid myself of that fly, it seemed to stop.
A bug taking a chunk of leaf is very different from taking a chunk of bud. Only certain bugs will enjoy a taste of your bud.

House flies can't eat cannabis; they have no chewing mouthparts. Rather, they have a pad on the end of their proboscis and just go around sort of mopping up food.

Well I actually was thinking more along the lines of that acidic mucus that they spit out to dissolve there food first.
I was thinking that spit might destroy cells or have an adverse effect.

I'm sorry, were you having dirty thoughts that included houseflies' ability to chew on things?

Thanks all,
I think I'll go with Foxysox unless I start finding a lot more.
But, just to prevent any surprises, can I still spray neem oil in flower? I'm 15 days in....

You can lightly mist neem in flower up to the end of week 3 when the buds start to put on some mass.
If you give less than about 3-4 weeks between neem app and harvest you risk unpleasant tastes, although it IS safe to humans.
Do not overapply, and raise the lights for 24h after any pesticide app that you are unfamiliar with.
