im going to to an outdoor grow this spring/summer,and depending on when it warms up,id like to plant in april/may but ive heard that you should plant june 1st,but where i'm at,it doesnt get 12/12 til about mid september.so,when should i plant?

the earlier you plant, generaly the bigger the plant would be. that is why outdoor plants are much bigger usually than anything you would see indoors. you can start earlier indoors and then move them outdoors but watch for you last frost date and probably wait a little longer before putting them outside.
