I was wondering under california law how many plants am i able to have over all. i know the law says something like 12 immature plants and or? 6 mature plants. what does that break down to? can i have 18 plants all together or do i have to keep it under 12. im kind of confused :confused:

I saw that same news article. The bottom line is where you live. In santa Cruz the city council has made the marijuana thing the last to go after.

Got a buddy who lives in Nor Cal. 6 Vegin 6 Flowering. An un rooted clone/seed still counts as a veggin plant

Go the health services website for your county. It should have all the rules under a medical marijuana link somewhere.

To know (or care) about the difference between "mature" and "immature" plants???? I sure as heck don't! I KNOW that the local yokels play fast and loose with the law! I NEVER have more than 12 plants total (hubby is also on MMJ)! Until the change in administration comes about in 08, I would play it safe!- Granny:hippy:
