are they the one you can buy at walmart cause the ones i saw there are like 26 watts equal to 100 watts with 1700 lumens are these the ones that i can use for veg growth do they have enough of the blue for veg?

They have 2- 100 watters.One is marked that it 6500 kelvin GE Cool Natural Light part# 85397 the other one isn't marked what kelven.

I would get the one thatg has 6500 kelvin cool natural light...That is what i used for my veg and then I think the kelvin for the flower bulb was 2500 kelvin warm white.
