how to you keep weed fresh, i keep mine in an old film canister and it smells fine for now ;) but how long can i keep it without it deterioirating?

If its properly dried in a cool place I'd say quite a long time. Some people cure their buds for months.

I usually keep mine in a mason jar.

Yea, that film canister idea is a great place. It's air tight and very inconspicuous ;)

yea man i actually took apart my pc and put it in there, my parents will NEVER look in there!

im set for a while i just got to keep it cool somehow....hmmm suggestions? maybe fans?

its not an active one its shut down all the time but i can hook it up anytime

Getting your buds cold or frozen can make the resin glands/trichomes brittle, and make them fall off- effectively making your weed weaker (though, you could probably collect everything that fell.. ) Anyhow. That's why most growers advise avoiding freezers or fridges for storage.. not to mention moisture and mold..

I use old spice jars. That way when I put them back on the spice rack, nobody's any wiser. :D (Besides.. who uses "turmeric" anyhow?)
