I want to apply for a job somewhere where i know they do drug testing. I havent smoked since the saturday before last and i started smoking early july of this year. I did it almost every day to every other day. I havent done anything to get it out of my system but i am a pretty active person. I'm 6'2 165 pounds would i pass a drug test if i went in for an interview at this place or should i wait longer?

Can you be a little more specific as to your smoking history like how many times you smoke each day and how much and the last time as a date? My gut instinct though is subbing is your friend.

It seems almost impossible to give anyone a direct answer, whether they would pass or not.

Being 6'2 and 165 pounds is a good start. You must be pretty skinny.

I've seen some everyday smokers get pot out of their system in 14 days, and others over 35 days.

You havn't been smoking very long, but it depends on how much weed you would smoke in a day.


If you want to be completely sure, your best bet would be to pick up those home drug testing kits and find out for yourself.


And when you do take your test, Just drink lots of water that day, (don't overdue it), take a vitamin B or 2 to bring the color back. And make sure its not your first piss of the day. And its also smart to use your midstream part of your urine in the cup, that is the cleanest....

This is, if your talkin about a piss test.

Thanks. Yea history is i really only started in like july but i then did it nearly everyday smoking 4 or 5 bowls alone so if that helps at all. I know different people's systems are different I was just wondering if it would be a bad idea to go in for an interview this soon because I know that they do a drug test. I'm pretty sure its just a piss test

Pot isn't water soluble so....it stays in your fat which for you isn't that much and you running around could have made it worse (running around meaning trying to burn it off). Whens the last time you smoked?

I know its all I ever say in these kinds of threads, but I would recommend substitution in your case.

Its a surefire way for you to pass the piss test, irregardless of your current or past use. I couldnt tell you how long it would take for you to get everything out of your system normally, but I can tell you for around $30 you can walk in tommorow and pass if you do everything properly.

FBR will likely be back with more informative information shortly, but IMO, a bottle of QuickFix would solve the entire problem.

Like Imitator, I like subbing.

Based on your stats and clean time if you aren't clean by the time of the test you would make a good candidate for dilution (I'm not saying it will work 100% but you have a good chance) but I would just go with subbing if you can. You probably have time to buy either some home tests online for cheap or synthetic urine or get some from a clean friend.

Buy some tests strips and check yourself.I have a friend about your size and he is a HEAVY smoker.He can pass a standard piss test the next day.If I smoked that much it would take at least 3 weeks.Everyone is different.Test yourself,if you're not comfortable with the results sub with quickfix

alright well i havent smoked (really) in over a month. I have a job interview on monday right after i get out of school. never got the chance to buy test strips becuase i was skeptical about them coming in the mail becuase i don't need the rents asking questions on whats in the box... Anyway, i'm going to dilute like hell all day monday JIC because i heard that if they accept you you need to test within 24 hours... meaning i'd be tested that day. Anyway, i was stupid about 4 days ago becuase my friend told me smoking green tea will make you feel calmed down and very relaxed so i figured hell i'll try it. I used my bowl which i last used for pot and it had a tiny bit of res in it. that little bit probably wont show up will it? Sorry i'm kinda freakin out about this and i know i ask alot of questions i just need the reassurance really... Thank you for your help

you need to find some clean piss or invest in some quickfix 4.0... but then again, youre skin and bones...still, you want to be safe...

THC is mainly stored in fat so you should have a good chance but it's better to be safe with quick fix then not get a job due to just over the visible limit thc

well i tweaked for nothing.... they didnt test this interview its not till the next one which isnt even scheduled yet and they have to call me tomoro to schedule it and it shouldnt be until next week... i'll probably be fine
