hermie problem

in the past I have always removed a hermie at first sign- this morning I have 2 plants that have produced a male flower on each- these plants are large bud covered beauties- I have read post where people will remove each offending branch from hermies and still get a predominantly seedlees plant- is this worth the effort or should i eliminate the plants alltogether as I have in the past?? let me know how you would handle this situation

I would JUST remove the two balls and keep your eyes really peeled for more. If they grow, cut em off. DO NOT throw away your whole plant because of a couple of balls. I have a big budded plant and a few weeks ago, I found a single ball on one of her lower branches. I pinched it off and as hard as I have looked ever since, it hasn't returned. Just cut those balls off and search hard for more. If you find more, hit us back up with how bad the problem is and where. we will be able to help you more after that...

--they have been in flower for 2 weeks amazing how big the buds are this early- i would estimate harvest in 6 to 7 weeks

Tox-I am growing outdoors- in the last 2 days I have seen only one more male flower- if I am lucky I will be able to keep the 2 hermies and harvest some buds from them- or they will turn full male and out they go

i thought to fully remove the male part of a hermie you had to completly take off the branch because the whole branch is male? (im not sure if this is correct that is why im asking)

Funky- in the past I have had entire limbs turn male and cut those - this time I had small branches grow from a node and I clipped the offending flower- so the answer to your question from my experience is -could be either way

If anyone has a good pic of a plant's balls, please post it. I know what the male flower looks like, but I'll be damn if I have seen the balls.
