Spider Mites

Well i discovered some spider mites. This grow has been nothing but troubles. SO i just finished killing 12 or so plants im getting my room sprayed for insects im just pissed about the mites coming along in the first place. Might seem drastic but i guess some cleaning of the house is alright.

also if i get the room sprayed by a professional spraying company will that solve my problem? also do mites go on cats? and since i have an indoor garden is it a good idea to get rid of all of my other indoor household plants?

I had an infestation in my greenhouse. I used Neem oil. I sprayed everything in the greenhouse every 3 days for 2 weeks. It eliminated the problem. I check the plants daily and spot treat if needed.

i went out and bought the need oil but i got frustrated and just killed all my plants : ( i want to make sure they are all dead so thats why im going to have my entire house fogged and sprayed for everything. Do you guys think that will solve the problem? also i had a bag of soil in the room should i chuck that too?

Spiders are tough little critters aren't they. The neem oil does get things under control though. Have a professional exterminator do the job.

I think you could probably exterminate them yourself. I would think an insect fogger should do it. Play it safe and remove the soil. Use it outside. How did the neem oil kill the plants? Did you have them under lights after you sprayed them?
