propegator question.

i have just put a couple of seeds in and they have just shown the first 2 round leaves (YESSS)
But i am a bit unsure of how long to leave them under the prop.
any advise would be good

You mean under a dome?
Now that they have sprouted, take the dome off to let them get good air flow and prevent damping-off.
As they will need more water now, check regularly. Don't over soak them though.
