HP... trust me if you want a good pc with good service, go for HP...
DELL is just as good as HP but they make their shit in a way that it's very hard to upgrade anything.....

I'm going Apple dual core next time around. I'm just tired of all that crazy ass Microsoft shit. Everyday it's something new that sucks. I've been working with MS software since the early '80s. They would continually market their software before it would actually do as advertised. Made that asshole criminal Gates billions so I guess that makes alright though. Can you say bitter? Bet your ass. He oughta be in jail. He knew exactly what he was doing. Not to mention MS predatory business practices.

First of all, nice avatar lol! i love it funny as hell that boom headshot video!!
Ok, so you live in canada how much money are you willing to spend on it roughly? and do you want to buy one brand new or would you consider gettting a second hand one?
The make of the laptop is not as important but its still a key factory you dont want to get one that doesnt have much of a reputation because the chances are its not gonna last very long.
So you wanna look at maybe Sony, HP, Dell, Apple.
But i need to know how much you have in your budget first otherwise ill just say spend $3000 on one and that would definately be reliable but i doubt you wanna spend that much on a laptop lol.

MacBooks/MacBook Pros are also good for multi-booting various operating systems. (Windows XP, Vista, etc.)

Windows running on an Intel Mac is susceptible to malicious code.
