You typically get canned. If you are lucky they will "help" with your "addiction."

In my experience (corporate job + random testing + labcorp) you get shit canned.

Yeah, you will get fired..The only ways that companies will send you to rehab is if you come to them before you fail a drug test and say that you have a problem.
