I think you should untie the seedling and wait until it is stronger to start training. Be patient, it won't be too much longer if you give it enough light.

OK well attic ima untie my lil baby and i just set up 2 more 26watt cfls , sooo its got enouph light . I hope she will reset her stem itself :P
