Okay, so I'm fairly new to smoking weed. But I have a pipe and my own stash so I toke up quite regularly (I just graduated and am lookin' for a job, so I got a lot of free time on my hands).
Anyway, today was one of those days when I decided it would be fun to blaze. I didn't smoke any more than usual, probably about the same. But the high I got was fuckin' amazing.
I went up to my room and sat in my really comfortable desk chair and started reading this book I have with different philosophical essays in it (I was a philosophy minor in college). I had the good music going and as I was reading I noticed that I could really feel the tone of each different writer I read. I didn't just notice the differences, I actually felt them. It was like my entire body was some how wrapped up in the text.
Then, I kept getting distracted because of the music I was listening to. It really started blowing me away. And I was able to hear each instrument very distinctly and hear how they interacted with each other in the music. But the best part was, I could visualize the music (no hullucinating or anything, just visualizing) and I could see real vivid details of the music that, to a sober person, would make no sense. But to me it was like a fuckin' awakening or something.
To give an example, in one song I saw two guitars wrestling on a mat, while the bass guitar was the referee. Too bad I forgot what song this was.
On top of all that I was able to write down some of the things I was able to see and now it's a real trip to go back and read the things I wrote. I write a lot of fiction/poetry anyway, so I'm going to start writing more and more while high.
I fuckin' love weed!!!
