Go to a Deathcore show

If you can stand the horrible repetitive music for long enough, it could be the funniest experience in your life. Just stand near the pit and let the laughter proceed. Last night I smoked some of the stickiest bud I've ever had and went to one, and holy shit. I was laughing so hard I almost had to leave the room. Its amazing that playing a few open strings and a slow drumbeat can make people fight air. Of course, I got a giant headache when my high wore off because of the heat and the bad music, but it was worth it.

Is that like Grindcore music? My buddy played some for me of this one band, and their songs were like 30 seconds long each. No notes really. Just punding drums, a whole ton of distortion, and some growling.

To say the least, I didn't like it one bit. :p

No thats probably priginal grindcore. Deathcore and "Grindcore" are both HORRIBLE AS FUCKING SHIT.

In all of my years of going to metal shows, I've only seen ONE beatdown, but that was at Ozzfest at the end of a drunken day in the hot sun. But at hardcore/deathcore shows I've seen plenty of fights. It mostly starts with someone crowdbashing like a dumbass, then a group of people proceeding to jump them.
