I reckon if they let Africa use it to grow weed, and sell it to the world they could probably lift themselves out of debt in a couple of years.... if they had the water that is, probably not eh... Meanwhile Tesco's shelves are stocked with nutritious and water abundant fruits and vegetable from these poor drought ridden countries.
