How long till flower?

I have 2 plants growing, i planted them about 2-3 weeks ago and they just started showing signs of 3-leaf leafs, they look pretty healthy and i was just woundering when they will start flowering? i live in ohio and the weather is getting pretty nice, hitting the 80s sometimes, i have them outside in direct sunlight for atleast 12 hours a day cuz they sit outside,but any help is appreciated.

plants will not flower until fall equinox- that will be October - more then likely- cannabis flowers because of photo synthisis

they should start to flower in august and probably finish in september or october depending on strain.

the longest day is june 21st days shorten by 3 min everyday til oct 22 pre-flowers may start 1st week in july while others may not show anything untill mid-august
