And I would go and get some pizza and some gatorade BUT....there is a rabid raccoon outside with rabies that John shot but didn't kill....and I dont wanna get attacked. WTF should I do haha. Skinks right. They come out in the day when they have rabbies, also their realllly friendly (like theyll come twords you instead of running), then their disoriantated, then at the end they foam at the mouth. ANd yeah you can survive rabies, you just have to get big ol' shots in your tummy. I know because my neighbor had to kill one after it attacked its dog and him and his son got bit.

Well at my parents house my dads killed about 4 this year with his gun and the bow while he was hunting b/c they came after him. And now im living with John and he shot it with a gun (not a BB one either) in the tummy once but the coon is HUGE and it just waddled away...now im afraid it wants vengence! I was taught to shoot by my father and grandfather both of them would be turning in their graves if they thought I had shot at an animal and not killed it outright I have not always killed first shot but I would track an animal for as long as it took to put it out of its misery I would never let it wander off injured.
How wide spread is rabies in the USA and does the goverment take it seriously.The last rabies scare around these parts the place was crawling with police and army marksmen and loads of possibly infected animals mostly badgers and foxes were killed and domestic pets were ordered to be kept inside. My understanding is that when you get rabies you die I think only one person has survived rabies anywhere in the world.
