Tabacco Juice

I followed this recipe for tabacco juice:

Tabacco Juice recipe

Take 3 strong ciggeretes soak them over night in water
Boil it for 2 to 3 miniutes, let it cool off and spray the plants 3 to 4 times a week. You can add safer soap if you like to the mixture.
(make absolutly sure you use gloves/face protection while handling and spraying)

Does it really work effectively as a pesticide and is it safe to use on my plants?

Well that's what I wanna know man, it's funny I was just about to post something about tobacco juice until I saw your link man, I heard you could get the tobacco pouches and soak them in water and spray on the plants for pests and it will not harm your girls. Is any of this true guys?

Many years ago I worked at a pest control company and we had, among our many pesticides, commercial tobacco juice. So, yes, it is (was) used as a pesticide and you can probably do a Google search and find as much info as you need about what pests and plants it is good for.
