Howdy Christophe,

They look fair-to-middlin...but there are a couple things it looks lke you need to do. You need to git some drain pans for the pots..I see some wiring on the floor-if it's live,that's dangerous..you should protect the wiring from water spillage. Also,do you have an oscillating fan in there ? It doesn't have to be very big..but you do need to move the air around.
