my first grow...could use some advice

hello,
this is my first attempt at growing...and from what i can tell its doing pretty good. just wondering if anyone could give me some advice or some critic...

im using a rubbermaid container for now and i have 2 cfl's and a cool white flourescent tube...
theres 6 in there at the moment and its around day 25..i still have to get a thermometer but i think i should have everything until flowering...

any advice is defenatly welcomed....
