this should probly be under computer place, but i think ill get more help here...
my question is how do i get a pic from a video?? like i have photoshop and all that shit, but how do i get a pic from the vid?? thanks and ill rep whoever helps me out...

Pause the video at the frame you want to copy, then press Alt+Print Screen, open Photoshop and paste.

shit doesnt work iv tried that if you have windows go to windows movie maker the video editing program play the video in in that and pause where you wanna take the pic, and right under where you watch the video is a little button that looks like a camera just hit that and there you go

You can't just Alt prt screen some videos unless you set the video acceleration tab, in windows media player for example to the lowest possible setting.

You can use Movie maker like he said it works ok but won't get you a high rez image, you're gonna need a good DVD player program to do that. O

You will need some sort of program to capture stills... I have not ever used windows movie movie maker,,,but it sounds like a good free solution... i am going to try it myself cause I don't know if it will do it with flash and most vids today are flash...
