For me, the asking price would be high, and I'd consider this a tort/liability situation and price it accordingly. Like $1.5 million or so. If I sniff a line of ants, I'm likely going to incur some medical bills as well as pain and suffering. And I'd need a medic standing nearby with an EpiPen (for the inevitable allergic reaction I have to bug bites) and an ambu-bag for possible breathing resuscitation.

I don't submit myself to potential bug-borne hazards for a paltry amount.
