i think the thread in the sexuality section called something like "how to make her feel special" will cover a lot of things you want to know, Coelho. I posted in there about gestures that women really appreciate.

the things i value the most are thoughtfulness and consideration. it's really the little things that matter the most imo. Like, make the girl feel she has a say in certain decisions. If you are planning on going out with friends on the weekend, ask where she would like to go or what activities she's in the mood for. Try to remember the (cliche) things like birthdays and anniversaries. Furthermore, try to remember dates in general! I get so annoyed when I have to remind my bf 1,000 times about the brunch with my family, for example.

I could probably go on for a long time, so maybe I will come back to this later, but lastly and as strange as this sounds- don't make your girl nag you. lol. At least in my case, I hate nagging as much as you hate being nagged. If I ask you to clean up the kitchen, and 12 hours later it's still not done, either a)don't get mad if I ask you to do it again, or b)just do what i say in a reasonable amount of time. Btw, to avoid sounding like a slave driver, I'm not bossy...I like to think I am quite reasonable when it comes to household chores and such.
