busted in tennessee for possesion

omfg.. i thought i was gonna go back to jail tonight.. my stupid self decides to bring along my scale with me, and my friend had bomb on him and he was driving. Well, on the way to our homegirl's house, a cop sees that his headlight is off and pulls us over. He found out I was on probation, and he fuckin' searched us.. found my scale, found the bomb. I thought for sure that I was gonna go back.. after the cop searched the car, he gave my friend a fix-it ticket for the light, and for possession of marijuana. He let me go and told me to get rid of my scale.

It was awful and embarassing.. that's the last time I bring my shit out of the house.. I could only imagine if the cop hadn't been so lenient.

Oh my god, in what kind of a police state do you live? when I see the show "Cops" I always thought, damn, that stupid cop is just going for his 15 min of fame, but holy shit man!
Recently I was caught with I don't know, about 5 grams or something like that and speeding doing a 100km/h in a 70 zone, I was driving on the road around the royal palace (yeah, the house of our king) and some coppers where on the lookout (without a radar) So I pass them and they just flash their headlights, I didn't see they where cops so I just kept on driving, then I saw their blue sirenlight in my rearmirror. I pulled over, the guy is giving me crap about the speeding and stuff about how dangerous it is (you have the know, it's a 3 lane street it was one o'clock nighttime so no cars). Then he smells weed (I just finished a joint) and asks me if I'm carrying any on me, I reply positive and he gives me the option: I just give it to him without anyproblem and theirs no problem, or keep it on me and pay a fine of 100 â?¬, I just handed it over cuz it was worth about 15 â?¬. Now don't get me wrong, the copper didn't keep it for himself, here in Belgium they give you a choice the hard or the easy way. and then they let me go, luckily I had 2 joints ready for the drive home to the rest of my stash, never heard anything about it, but in the police computer I'm "tagged" doesn't mean I'm wanted or something like that, just a lite note to other police officer when they stop me, but most coppers here don't mind it, that's not the sort of crime their after....
I love Belgium and my thoughts are with all people in jail or facing jail for a plant.

Get a layer and dress nice. Take the charges seriously to show the judge and court respect any attempt to win the courts favor is worth it. Remember it dosent matter if you dress like a stiff with a suite and tie on because if you get thrown in jail they are gonna' take your cloths off anyway when they delouse you and give you your prison fatigues. Try to look like an executive so you look like the layers and appear to be a intelligent good citizen.
