Good things:

- One of the best things about smoking cannabis is it increases your sense of taste. Even beans on toast tastes like the best thing you've ever eaten in your life ever. Some hate the munchies, but I love it.
- I also love the relaxing/appreciation effect it gives you. I was watching an old film, which I would usually turn off in 10 minutes, but because I was stoned, it was so enjoyable. Fantastic feeling.
- It helps you sleep. For me, that's great.
- I also love how it makes anything funny. I laugh the most when I'm stoned, and I love it.

Bad things:

- Redeye. I hate it.
- Smell - especially on clothes.
- Sometimes it makes you paranoid.
- Can make you a tad slower.


If you want any tips, I'd say just use a bong. They're by far the best method, I've found.
