Ok, here's an honest answer


What's good?
-It can be a lot of fun in that it can make you happy, make things seems funny, and just give you a general feeling of "yeah, this is how life should be"
-It can have a relaxing effect on the body
-It can make food taste really, really good-The muchies
-It tends to give you a different perspective on life, open your mind, and make you more likely to "stop and smell the roses"
-It can make you more focused on tedius tasks. For example. I smoked a bowl, got my iPOD, and went out to put X-mas lights on a tree outside. Before I knew it 2-3hrs had gone by and the tree was covered by hundreds of lights. It looked great. If I wasn't high I probably would have said "fuck it" after 20 minutes and done a half ass job. Now I always get high before doing something like yard work or cleaning the house.

What's Bad?
-It is illegal and, depending on where you live, it can fuck up your life if you are caught with it.
-It can cause problems in your relationships with people who don't use it, like parents, girlfriends, etc.
-If you aren't used to it and have too much you can get a bit of an anxiety attack
-Even if you are used to it, if there is something in your life that is stressing you out really badly, it can make you feel worse. Like focusing on the X-Mas lights you might just focus on that one major stresser in your life.
-It costs $$$
-It can make food taste really, really good-The muchies are not good if you are trying to lose weight

As for whether or not God wants you to do it, well...God wants us to discriminate against gays, kill Muslims, condemn those who don't believe in Christianity, have unwanted babies, and he wants young boys to go pleasure Catholic priests. Not to mention the fact that he wanted us to vote for George Bush. At this point, does it really matter what God wants??
