dxm isnt dangeroeus as long as you avoid coricidin and give yourself a couple days inbetween trips also make sure the cough med. u take only has dxm in it as a active ingredient. also 150mg. isnt anything im suprised if that amount even made you trip. 4 a decent trip u need at lest 500-800mg. just drink 1 8ounce bottle of robo max strength cough that has like 700mg. dont worry about over-dosing it takes more than 2000mg to even reach dangerous levels.
