The article ablove says one of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's targets was the Plaza Bank. The Plaza Bank was founded in early 2006 according to their website Plaza Bank. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed confessed to trying to bomb a bank that wasn't founded until after he was detained.

I am a definate skeptic to everything that comes out of mainstream news...
but using the bank wasn founded until 2006 hiccup isnt enough because the building itself was built in the 80's...
