I need help fast...please

ok i stopped smoking weed for like 3 days so far to let my tolerance go down again cause i was smoking a lot.

while i was smoking i noticed that my memory gradually faded away and it was manageable. but now that i stopped it seriously hit rock bottom, i literally forgot what i was typing in that first paragraph...i cant remember what i did 5 minuts ago... its BAD now.

does anyone know If this will EVER come back? if so how can I help it. and if not will it get worse?

might i add that im a very skinny kid and ive lost 10 lbs and 2 inches off my waist in the past 2 weeks or so
