I knew someone once who was trying to run a small cafe. She was terrorised in her endevers by an annoying little man who would call on a regular occasions, get himself comfy and have a wank in full view of as many woman as he could .

The customers would leave, the girls on the staff were terrified and the police just never got there in time. Obviously something had to be done......

He was bundled into the back of a van one evening and brought up the mountains, where he was stripped naked (cept for his shoes) and had his delicate bits superglued to his hands and left to walk the four miles home.

He never bothered them again
