It's cool, got all my new close smoking buddies, plus my girlfriend who practically lives with me now. We love smoking up and playing games, makin' music, watching movies. :rastasmoke: Unfortunately we have one more dude in our hall who i'm convinced is most definitely insane in the membrane. He's in the OTC (Officer Training Corp) and is a huge fucker. Naturally, he's the only one of us who doesn't smoke as he gets tests every month. Rating: 5

Oh man...those guys are my favorites...believe me, it is all show, no action...the best way to deal with a guy like that is to wait till he is good and drunk and he is talking much shit..Go up to him and say "man. I dont want no problems" then when he drops his guard you clock him as hard as you can, and again, and again, and again. till the blood is flowing. That usually puts them in check for awhile. Those kind of military guys were my prey when I was a Marine. Cause I never drank, but they love to talk shit and I love to finish it. LOL

ask him of the army code of conduct and if he is an officer what the penalty is for the charge of conduct UNbecomming an officer.
and you can google it. get the name of his commander.
now who's the looser, as he is military HE is a public servant HE must treat YOU and YOURS with respect. or you can file a complaint.
also talk to your dean about haing him moved.

just get everyone n go see the ppl in charge of the housin or whatever, get them to move him or some shit.. if not, just get like 20 people, and mugg the prick.. haha proper give him a kickin and he'll stop soon enough..
