rant on noob nurses for cut finger - gross pics

ok let me start by saying if u dont like gross things like fucked up limbs n things, i wouldnt look at the pic if i were u. its not that bad but ya ..
k anyways im stoned now and gettin angry as i think of this. ok i was out 3 weeks ago playing a hockey game, the day before AAA tryouts to get drafted, and i was asked to go. so at this game with 2 seconds left i go to hit a guy and i get tripped by another guy, and i go straight into the boards really fast. now when i get up and realize what happened i see blood every so i look and wow my finger is cut. it looks bad then i move it the other side and yes the top joint is sideways and the bone sticking out the big gash going the other way. neways i get to the hospital... wait 5 hours before im seen, while im bleeding everywhere fuck. finally i go in and this nurse looks at it blah blah ya u need stitches x ray and to put it back into place. so they do all that and the stitches are really fucked. there could of been at least 6, and there was 4, spaced out wayyy too far, and trust me i know I jsut got stitches removed from my chin 2 days before that. so thats fucked and she says its not broken, and the tendon is working fine and im good to go. did i mention its totally fucked?

ok i go home 2 weeks later looks the same so im assuming its infected. (according to the nurses i didnt need medication because it was clean, when it was fucking skated over. dumb bitches. so i go to doctor and yes it is infected. and to today its still fucked. Today i went to the doctor, and learn that not only was it infected, but the tendon is cut in half and its fucking broken. im fucking pissed now i have to wait for surgery which might take me outta the playoffs. neways sorry if u read that n it was total shit im really high.. ill post some pics of it i got a few wit the stitches still in not many cuz i took them out myself a few days ago. peeeace:jointsmile:

wow hun! *hugs* I know how you feel about incompitent nurses. I had a nurse take out my stitches and when I began to bleed she goes, "Suck it up." I could have killed. I hope it feels better! xoxox

Wait....where was the doctor in all this....that's the person I'd be looking gun down. That finger does look terrible. You obviously don't have to be an Einstein to see there is obviously something pretty wrong with it. Sounds like a bummer all the way around. Sorry to hear about your troubles.

it's common knowledge, especially when it's something serious enough to need stitches, that you get antibiotics... either oral prescription or they reccomend you getting an otc creame like neosporin.
